Josh Asberry’s investigation decided Michelle Shanks, 54, of Monticello was working a 2010 Nissan Armada and trying to show left onto West Columbia Avenue, pulling into the trail of a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am operated by Michael Galloway, 52, of Monticello which was touring eastbound on KY 90, ensuing within the automobiles colliding.
