Kelly Clarkson Says To not ‘Sleep’ on Ariana Grande’s ‘Everlasting Sunshine’


Kelly Clarkson is showering her fellow powerhouse vocalist, Ariana Grande, with love.

The “Since U Been Gone” singer took to X (beforehand Twitter) to gush over her fellow former The Voice coach’s not too long ago launched album, Everlasting Sunshine. “Y’all don’t sleep on this album. It’s so good,” she wrote, earlier than spotlighting three songs specifically within the hashtags: “Imperfect for You,” “We Can’t Be Mates” and lead single and Sizzling 100 chart-topper, “Sure, And?”

Everlasting Sunshine, which follows 2020’s Positions, homes 13 tracks, all penned by the two-time Grammy winner and co-produced with the legendary Max Martin. 

General, Grande has earned eight No. 1 singles on the Sizzling 100, together with “Thank U, Subsequent” (seven weeks), “Save Your Tears” (with The Weeknd, two weeks) and the eight-week chief “7 Rings.” On the Billboard 200, the multi-hyphenate has despatched a number of titles to the chart’s summit, together with 2013’s Yours Really, 2014’s My All the things, 2018’s Sweetener and 2020’s Positions.
